Small, free apps for the chores that come around every day.
None of them is new or unique. Apps for these problems have existed for years; they just cost money, run on ads, are awkward to use, or manage to do too little and too much at once.
So I built my own, the way I want them. They are deliberately opinionated.

Recipes, weekly plan, shopping list.
Recipes arrive by link and land on the shelf, the weekly plan draws from it, and the shopping list adds the quantities up. Everyone in the household sees the same thing.

Accounts, spending, and who owes whom.
Two views on one set of categories: your own accounts with savings rate and projections, and next to it the household's shared expenses.
How it is built
Every app is a PWA and runs on a phone as well as on a desktop.
They share an internal identity service, OctoID, so one account and one household are the same in each of them. Sign-in goes through Google. There is no open sign-up: new people join through an invite.
In time the apps should be open source and self-hostable.
Run privately, with no company behind it.
